We do have iChill Bypass modules with a plug and play install.

 Where the bypasses have a connector to install between the temp sensor and A/C unit processor So no soldering required. (This is a special order feature please request if needed, may require pictures of types of connectors.)

With communication to the processor there are no parts to wear out.

Single temp sensor iChill install​


-These are the most common questions asked, but in reality its the most simplest thing to do.


-All you have to do is to match the room Cubic foot measurements to Cooling in BTU's.

So simply put you have a room 4 feet wide, 8 feet long, and 8 feet tall, 4X8X8=256 Cubic feet


-Then you would check the chart below to find the BTU needed for the room,

So by the Chart you would need an Air Conditioner with a rating of at least 7000BTU.


-I do Recommend going at least 1000 to 2000 BTU higher, to help cool and sustain the temps.

Can you use a larger unit? Yes there is no over kill on this, You could use a 12000BTU unit and have faster cooling times and less running time of the A/C unit.


-What Brands or manufacture work with the iChill? As long as it is Digitally controlled with a digital display you can attach the iChill. Some manufactures have 2 temp sensors But most only have one, The iChill Bypass will work with 1 or 2 sensor units.
